WHAT IS ZUMBA® FITNESS???
ZUMBA® fitness classes combine
high-energy and motivating music
with unique moves and
combinations that allow participants
to dance away the pounds.  

Its routines are based on various
dance themes such as salsa,
merengue, calypso, cumbia,
reggaeton, samba, flamenco --
just to name a few.  

The workout is fun, it's exciting, it's
different and it's effective…you
really don’t feel like you’re working
out…you’re dancing and moving
your total body.

ZUMBA® fitness classes utilize the
principals of fitness interval training
and resistance training to maximize
caloric output, fat burning and total
body toning with easy to follow
dance steps.

It's not only great for the body, but
it's also great for the mind.  It's a
"feel-happy" workout.

  • MOTIVATION & COMMITMENT - How can you get excited
    how to assess your level of commitment towards change,
    learn how to set attainable goals and identify new habits
    needed to achieve those goals – results are inevitable!

  • EMOTIONAL SUPPORT – For many people, emotions
    have a direct link to the food choices they make or the
    activity they avoid.   Learn valuable guidelines to help you
    break the link between emotions and food – break
    yourself free – once and for all!

  • NUTRITION – It’s extremely important to learn not just
    what to do, but also why you should do it.  A healthy and
    balanced approach to fat loss is introduced by
    understanding how food affects the body.  Once
    understood, you will be able to shed excess fat – for life!

  • EXERCISE – The important health benefits of adding
    exercise and ‘functional fitness’ to your lifestyle cannot be
    underestimated.  Exercise principles such as type of
    exercise, frequency, intensity, duration, body mechanics,
    breathing, stretching, and so much more will be explained
    and applied.

  • STRESS MANAGEMENT – Stress is inevitable in today’s
    modern world.  Practical suggestions will be explained that
    can help you reduce stress levels.  In turn, this will help
    you achieve optimum health and more importantly, you’ll
    feel good… inside and out!

    complete without – setbacks.  Learn setback recovery
    guidelines to help you learn from the setback, keep you
    ‘forward moving’ and prevent future setbacks.  Remember
    you’re in it for the long-haul!
