WHAT IS ZUMBA® FITNESS???
ZUMBA® fitness classes combine
high-energy and motivating music
with unique moves and
combinations that allow participants
to dance away the pounds.  

Its routines are based on various
dance themes such as salsa,
merengue, calypso, cumbia,
reggaeton, samba, flamenco --
just to name a few.  

The workout is fun, it's exciting, it's
different and it's effective…you
really don’t feel like you’re working
out…you’re dancing and moving
your total body.

ZUMBA® fitness classes utilize the
principals of fitness interval training
and resistance training to maximize
caloric output, fat burning and total
body toning with easy to follow
dance steps.

    how to assess your level of commitment towards change,

    activity they avoid.   Learn valuable guidelines to help you
    break the link between emotions and food – break

MATURE pre-teens and teens (12-15) can participate in
ANY Carve Your Body class provided they are
accompanied by parent or guardian and a waiver has
been filled out and signed in their behalf.

ZUMBA®  / HIP HOP w/ JOHANNA:  Features classic
Zumba® dance steps with a Hip Hop flavor
geared for 10-15 year olds only.  Thursdays @ 4:30 pm
Incorporates pop, club, hip hop, reggaeton music.

Teen-agers (16 and up) can take any class
without
parent or guardian
provided parent or guardian fills out
and signs a waiver prior to attending for those under 18.
